Jeff Katz

Jeff Katz grew up in the blue collar Oxford Circle neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Jeff graduated at the top of his class at the Delaware County Municipal Police Academy and began his work experience as a cop in Philadelphia's rough and tumble public housing projects. Along the way, Jeff became the youngest ever public sector labor leader in Philadelphia history.
Eventually Jeff traded in his badge for a microphone and began his talk radio odyssey. He began talking for a living at a small radio station in Atlantic City and quickly rose through the radio ranks as he hosted drive time talk shows in Hartford, Indianapolis, Sacramento, San Francisco, Boston, Las Vegas and Philadelphia.
Jeff has been honored for his community involvement, as well as his broadcasting work. He donates time to many charities including the Children's Miracle Network and Media Partners for Pets. He has received the Jack Anderson Award for Excellence in Journalism, Badge and Quill Award and the Marine Corps League's Rainbow Medal.
Jeff's show is eclectic to be sure. Guests have ranged from Sarah the Duchess of York to wrestling legend King Kong Bundy and from Vice President Dan Quayle to Baywatch babe Carmen Electra.
